Only a single applicant applied for the 2025-2027 HOA Board Term, Kristin Dunlap of 1033 N. Ironwood. In addition, of the two incumbents, David Kuntz decided not to re-apply for another term resigning his role effective May 31, 2025. As such, no voting is necessary. Current member C.C. Vliet and newcomer Kristin Dunlap will hold the official 2025-2027 Board seats.
The board will meet in June at the start of its term to choose roles and discuss responsibilities.
The next opportunity to join the HOA Board will be in May 2026 for the three 2026-2028 seats up for election.
